No soup for you

i have uninstalled the plex in 2 days ago and reinstall it . after reinstall i found that the server was stated no soup for me to access . i have checked the official solution . i found preferences.xml. However the file inside is like as

I cannot find any words as follow

a PlexOnlineToken="-value-"
b. PlexOnlineUsername="-value-"
c. PlexOnlineMail="-value-"
d. PlexOnlineHome="value"

So anythings else i can do …please help

  1. Stop Plex
  2. Go to https://app.plex.tv
  3. Settings - Authorized Devices - Server (dropdown)
  4. Find and REMOVE the server . Look for multiple instances of it & remove all.
  5. SIGN OUT of Plex/web
  6. Close Browser window
  7. Start Plex
  8. Open new Incognito Window to server on LAN (http://LAN.IP.of.Qnap:32400/web)
  9. Now sign in and claim it.

If this does not work, you can still use other methods to reattach to your account.
