New installation on Ubuntu Server 18.04 with Plexguide or PGBlitz what ever you prefer. stopped docker, deleted preferences.xml, restarted docker, reset password and signed out of all Plex apps. Started Chrome and entered url: http://xxx.xxx.x.110:32400/web. Plex asked me to log in. I did so and still got the No Soup for you message. need your help.
