Server Version#: Cant Tell, it wont run.

Running PMS on Ubuntu Server 18.04 using Plexguide. When trying to log into server I get the above message. Have tried all the solutions I can find on Plex and other places. Cant use my plex pass. have redeployed Ubuntu, Plexguide and PMS and the problem persists. Need your help!

Did this start after you re-deployed your Ubuntu?
Did you by chance use a different account at some point?
Do you use the local or hosted version of Plex Web when this happens (http://app.plex.tv/desktop vs. http://[ip of the PMS]:32400/web)?

Strong recommendation… start over and drop the PlexGuide part. It’s known to cause more trouble than to help.

Been running PG for 3 years, no problems, very stable. 8 other apps running with no problems, other than Plex. A little early to be pointing fingers at PG.

I understand that, Plexguide is a project that has nothing to do with Plex. it preformed flawlessly from mid 2018 until last week. Just looking for a solution to the problem.

Just for fun i spun up a new container on a separate Linux machine, nothing else on it.
Same result, problem seems to be with the sign in and claiming the server.
