Hi,

I have an issue, which I can’t resolve. I used to log in to my Plex account with google account. I decided to reset the password and to use just my email and password for plex logins.

This is where I have lost my access to the Plex Media Server. I am running PMS via trashguides docker container. I have tried to stop and delete plex container, image, delete plex directory, create plex directory, insert my claim token into .env file and run docker compose -d in this order. But I still get the same message after trying to log in with http://localhost:32400/web or http://192.168.x.x:32400/web - Not Authorized - You do not have access to this server.

Can anyone help to sort this out? Thank you
