I have a yearly Plex Pass but not the option to sync subtitles. It was working ok a few weeks back. Don’t know exactly when it stopped working but it must have been after an update to the Server or the App on the Fire Stick.
Anyone else still got the option working?

Just checked my FireStick 4K and the option to adjust the subtitle offset is present.
Reminder that the feature works with external text subtitles only. If you have an internal subtitle track selected the option to adjust the offset does not appear in the menu.
