No Subtitles?

Hi,

I have setup agent to opensubtitles.org, for movies and tv shows, both of them have preferred subs (Dutch, English)
when i watch a movie he says: no subs available. but when go to opensubtitles.org he has subs for every episode there is?. how come Plex does not see that?.
