I have the android app installed on my chromebook. I have been able to sync for a long time, but recently the sync option simply went away. I have uninstalled and re-installed 3 or 4 times. THere is no sync option on any of my media, no sync option in my settings. There is the “Downloads & Sync on device” option in the menu. When I click on it, it opens and says that there is no media. When I click on “Manage” in the top right, the app crashes. I have the storage permissions turned on in the app settings. I cannot figure out what the problem is. Why would there be no sync option in the app?
