Sync options disappeared in my tablet

Server Version#: 1.20.5.3600
Player Version#: 8.9.2.21619

I haven’t use my android tablet for few months. After turning it on and update all apps, I’ve tried to sync some videos from my server. However, the sync option doesn’t appear in any of the menus (not even in the options).

On the other side, on my smartphone (android too), sync is appearing and working fine.

When I go to the web app in the sync dashboard I see my smartphone, but the tablet does not appear there either.

Someone else reported that the sync option is now renamed to download. Do you see that?

Nope. In my case there is no “download” option anywhere

Huh. Can you check your accounts page (1st one on that list) and see if it shows your Plex Pass?

I’m having the same problem as from last night, and I can’t figure out why. Have googled it as this was the only thread I have found

I have exact same issue. Sync is not appearing on my tablet, but ok for my phone. Both running latest Plex Android client version. I should also add, that when trying to sync a movie from the web app, my tablet does not appear in the list of destinations - only my phone.
Would really like a fix please. This was the primary reason I got Plex Pass,!
