No thumbnails for shows, movies, live TV... on new Plex for Android (Mobile) App

Ever since updaing the Plex for Android (Mobile) app on my Samsung Note 8 phone running Androind 9 I only have dark grey boxes where any thumbnails should be for shows, movies, live TV, etc. The grey boxes are all completely blank, not even showing a checkmark for shows I have watched or the orange line to indicate a partially watched show.

I have cleared the cash and deleted all Plex data from my phone and rebooted with no change. I have also deleted the cache and data then removed the app, rebooted, installed the current app from scratch, rebooted again, and the issue still persists on my phone, while my Rokus are able to show everything correctly.

This should be corrected in version 2025.17.0, whenever it gets rolled out to your device (it worked on my old tablet):

Thanks for the info. 2025.17.0 got pushed to my phone sometime yesterday and now I can see the thumbnails and play statuses again :slight_smile:
