Posters, Thumbnails, etc do not load properly on older Android versions

Making a new topic in hopes that the devs will see and be aware of this issue.

Posters, thumbnails, staff images, episode numbers, and even the Watched checkmark will not load properly on older Android versions, including Android 9. If you look closely, you can see that the images are there, but are very, very dark. Series/film logos and background images load fine. This is a very unusual problem that should be addressed, as Plex still supports Android 7 and up.

App Version: 2025.15.0 on Android 9
Server Version: 1.41.6

Is this consistent or intermittent?

Coz I see this sometimes on the new app too, and I just have to refresh to reload it. Not saying they shouldn’t fix it, just wondering if yours are always blank like that.

It happen when the last big update was released. I have the same problem(and many others).

I can confirm the exact same problem on Android 9.
Thumbnails are all greyed out now, since the new Plex for Android got installed.
However, after you click a thumbnail, the Artwork does show on next screen.
I also made sure to clear the Plex cache and even did a fresh install of the app.
