I’ve recently upgraded to a MyCloud PR4100 and installed plc server, I previously ran the server from my iMac, I have no trailers for ANY movie now, why not, I have all the Agents setup to get them, seems like an issue with this server?
just to be 100% sure… when you check the library settings (hover over the library, click “…” and then “Edit”) – do you have the option “Find trailers and extras automatically (Plex Pass required)” checked?
Will Plex show a trailer after you update/refresh the metadata? (you can start testing this for a single movie – if it works, do it for the entire library).
I don’t have that option in the edit library settings, Server Version 1.12.0.4829, I refreshed the metadata and still no trailers 
In agents, films, Plex Movies, inside the server setting, I do have that set though.
if you don’t have it in your library… what agent is the library using?
there should be a handful of dropdowns – Collections, Scanner and last not least Agent. I suspect your library is configured to use “The Movie Database”. When you change it to “Plex Movie” you should be able to get the trailers.
Using The Movie Database, I’ll change to Plex Movie and refresh, see what happens, thanks.
Did it on 5 now and still no trailers, I have over a thousand movies in the library so don’t want to do it to all.
so you changed to “Plex Movie” agent and have the “Find Trailers and Extras…” option checked for this library?

when you look those 5 videos up in themoviedb.org – do they show trailers for those movies?
also a note… when a refresh of metadata is done, Plex usually tells you it’s done but some extras might still be downloading… this really means it can take a moment!
I have that setting yes.

And yes, there are trailers online at the themoviedb.org for all 5. Sorry, forgot to answer that.
This is after a refresh and waited 5 minutes after it said it was done.
And I suppose there’s also no trailer listed further down on the pre-play screen?
Usually trailers are listed 1st in the Extras section below the Cast section. However as it doesn’t show up in the menu, I’m basically answering my own question.
sort of a last straw… not sure this will help.
what happens if you select another English speaking country in the library settings (currently set to UK)… maybe there’s some odd hiccup where Plex considers the trailer you found to be “US only”.
I changed that and also made no difference, really weird because I get them on my iMac, but not on the MyCloud, same settings, same network.
For what it’s worth, Death of Stalin shows no trailer in my Plex installation as well on a Windows installation. (I know you said you’ve tested with other movies, but just an FYI.)
