No update for my Samsung App

Player Version#: 3.3.4

I have a Samsung LT24h390 which according to the Plex app is Tizen version 3.

According to the system this is the latest version last updated in 2018 but your website seems to show that i should be on version 4 or 5.

Is there a way to manually update the App or can i force Tizen to look for newer versions?

No. Full HD TVs cannot be updated. Only 4K TVs can run newer versions of the Plex App.
