i’ve been trying to update to 3.84.2, but the appstore only offers player version 3.3.4
this tv is new from late 2018 and tizen 4, and it ran the 3.84.1 beta release. uninstalling the beta and installing from the app store just has me stuck on this very old version now.

The UN32N5300 is a FHD device, not a UHD device. The latest updates are only for UHD devices.
plex media server 1.14.1.5488. Samsung ubd-m9500 uhd Blu-ray player is still on 3.10 it’s the only available app in store it’s tizen 3.no update to new app? This is uhd.

To samsung FHD will be released a new version of plex app 3.84+? Now i install beta 3.84.2 and this version work nomally, but forward seek don’t work)

Why can’t it be released though I mean it runs fine on the device. Is it some category thing that other devices fall in as well, that other devices in the category might not support. Because it’s been quite some time and I still only see 3.3.4 even though it says updated in July 2019, while I’ve been running the sideloaded versions for some time it would be nice for them to be on our store to enjoy. Honestly the plex app is much more efficient then the netflix app which freezes the whole tv, never has this happend on the plex sideloaded versions.
I installed the 3.103 beta they released for UHD on a FHD 32" TV and it runs fine not sure why they do not update the FHD with the UHD TVs…

I have a question. I bought the UE43NU6025 yesterday which is a UHD device. Why do I get app version 4.1.1 for this? Its not a FHD tv?
