[Samsung Tizen] Unable to get newer Plex version than 3.3.4

I have a Samsung UN49M5300 Television with Tizen 3. Even if I Uninstall and re-install the Plex app the latest version for me is 3.3.4. How do I get the 4.29.6 version so I can test the new Tizen app, or even just to get updates on my Television to a newer version being that the forums state there is a new version.

Any help would be great.
I have already checked to make sure the television has the latest available firmware via the system update button. Also the app store is not presenting any app updates for me.

Since Nov 2018 the app is only supported on 4k UHD models.
