Player Version#:unsure: device not currently available to me
Connected to my Plex server at a friends place using their Android based streaming device.
No problems until we went to watch a movie. There was no video. Audio came across properly.
This is not a connection problem, as it’s just the video portion that isn’t showing, and only on that android device.
Thought that the device might be out of date, but checking for updates shows everything installed is up-to-date.
Any suggestions aside from getting a different device?
