Hi, I have my plex server running as a plugin on Truenas. Everything is functioning great except that video preview thumbnails do not appear while scrubbing on my Sony x90j plex app. The thumbnails appear when viewing from my android phone or my windows desktop, my android sony TV, however, does not show those preview thumbnails. Any idea how to fix that issue?

There was an issue with the preview thumbs not appearing for TV episodes, but that’s been resolved in 9.12
Just to be sure, that release hasn’t rolled out worldwide yet, correct? As i seem to be on the up-to-date version.
It came out a little bit ago. So normal Google Store rollout delay applies.
It was released earlier today, so will gradually roll out to all users
