I had to reformat my computer due to crash. Now When I go to Plex to create library it shows only three options Google drive; Techsmith and Zipshare. It does not allow me to navigate into my computer where I keep movies. I tried pasting C:\Users\marco\Videos and nothing happens. It says there is no movies found which is wrong. Any idea what should I do?
I don’t know what Techsmith and Zipshare are, but it sounds like you are looking at a Plex Cloud server. That can’t see your local drives. Make sure you have selected your local server before creating the library.
The menu only offers me Plex Cloud, News and Podcast and when I create the library that happens… What the heck I am doing wrong?
Which menu are you referring to? The “Add folder” menu after choosing to create a library? if so, you need to use Plex Web and change the server first to your local server. Then you create the library.
