Non-putty GUI for Editing Plex Files?

Hi,
This will be a re-ask of the thread https://bit.ly/3cstDoy
If this has been answered elsewhere please link and close this thread. I am a NAS noob and am looking to migrate my windows-pc plex library to my QNAP TS-230 (please no comments about power/hardware/etc/you need something more powerful than that to run 12 4k streams at once).
I have read threads where people say you are unable to move your libraries and watch history across OS’s but I have done so from linux to windows previously. I can follow all directions from the windows side, have all my files zipped up, but I’m wondering if there is a better way than going through Putty, possibly something with a GUI. I am very basic into putty and do not know how to transfer my library to the plex application on the QNAP and QNAP does not allow me access to the plex install to migrate things myself. I have used putty and confirmed the install locations on QNAP, I have transferred all of my media to a shared folder on my QNAP, now i just need to transfer my metadata and watch history and do not know how to. I am sorry for the noob question, but I am hoping someone will be nice enough to give me a step-by-step

I’m a Synology user, but for Windows, I recommend taking a look at WinSCP for an SSH file-manager type GUI.
