All of my videos load to 13% and wont go any further. This didn’t happen yesterday and I didn’t do anything to my server to make this happen. I am running Plex Media Server from my QNAP NAS (TS-453A) and the server software is V1.10.0.523 (12/27/2017). I have tried loading videos from the web and from a Roku and both have the same problem. I don’t even know what to check. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never saw a problem with these symptoms, so probably it’s better to have logs. Please obtain them following this process.
I wound up completely removing my server from my NAS and re-installing it. It took a bit of time, and I lost a bunch of information regarding what I had and hadn’t watched, but things seem to be up and running now. Since I removed everything and re-installed the software, I don’t think that i will have the logs to figure out why this happened. Thanks!
