None of the keyboard shortcuts works except the space bar and arrow keys

I’m running my server and player on a mac mini late 2012 with Catalina 10.15.3.

As mentioned in the title I’m not able to toggle subtitles or any other functions with my keyboard witch is an apple magic 2 keyboard (Turkish Q).

Do I miss something? Is there something I need to set?

The support article refers to Plex Media Player. Not all of those shortcuts are available/supported in Plex for Mac / Windows.
You can find the list of supported keyboard shortcuts inside the app (click on your account icon, then Keyboard Shortcuts).
