Normal Bandwith graph?

Hi, what is the normal bandwidth graph for your system?

When direct playing there seems to be a lot of file activity, but it never buffers ahead. When direct streaming the same file, file activity seems much more normal and there is a buffer.

I ask as I think this may be to do with another issue I have.
