Dashboard bandwidth graph not matching now playing bandwidth

Server Version#: 1.28.1.6104 Windows
Player Version#: 9.7.0.34811

I am encountering an issue where the movie I am direct playing to my shield says 19 Mbps under the now playing card, but the bandwidth graph is showing an average of 904 Mbps. It is causing the movie to stutter. Both the server and shield are wired, and I have run local speed tests and get results in the 800 Mbps.

I do not mind transcoding the movie but would like to figure out why this is happening.

This file is improperly muxed. It is missing “interleaving”.
Remux it, if you know how to preserve the DoVi metadata.

Thank you for the quick response! I may just transcode it in the meantime as I need to learn about remuxing and such. I am glad it is an issue with the file and not the server, thanks!
