Normal for Plex client on LAN to be listed as WAN if Server is running from Docker?

Server Version#: 1.15.3.835

Plex Server docker has an IP address of 172.17.0.5 and my home network is 192.168.1.0. I’m accessing the server by the 192.168.1.5:32400 that it is mapped to and I see in the log DEBUG - Request: [192.168.1.134:55386 (WAN)]. The docker container has ALLOWED_NETWORKS listed the docker 172.17.0.0/16 and 192.168.1.0/24 network which I also included with in Plex Network setting.
