I was talking about the horizontal library quick links.
But yes, on 2025.14.0 also the vertical ordering of the sections didn’t respected the library ordering.

Only have access to 2025.14.0 here in Australia.
I can download a season rather than an episode. But then all downloads fail so it doesn’t make any difference. (This is with original quality, on media that was downloading fine before.)
Hey. Good to see you here. So the issue is a few different things but all similar:
In general, it’s not intuitive to long press the Library button to rearrange things on the home screen. You should just change that to long press the home screen button. I would’ve never figured that out if someone here didn’t tell me.
You can re-arrange the vertical layout on the Home Screen, but the order of the horizontal icons in the “Libraries” section of the Home Screen should reflect that same order at least. Frankly, if it were me, and the first thing I tried to do was long press one of the icons there to try to rearrange it by a long-press then drag, but that’s not how it’s built.
When you go to All Libraries to choose your favorites, they are all in some random order instead of alpha-numerical, and there’s no way to re-arrange them to be in the correct order.
For starters…
Ok, so what you mean is that I have to trigger PMS to rebuild my live listings, then after doing the rest it should work again?
How about being able to download full seasons of a show? Is that functionality coming back as well?
EDIT: Downloading seasons is there. I was mistaken.
I’ll hang on to this new app on my phone in hopes that this stuff gets fixed, but I definitely will not be updating my iPad where I do most of my mobile watching until these things work. (The forced landscape mode definitely needs to go as well. That always brings so many issues with any app I’ve ever used that tries to do that.)
How do you do that? …wait, I think you can only do it if you’re on the series page and see a season there, then long press the season to get it to come up in the contextual menu. But if you go into the season’s page, there’s no download button there nor in the three dots menu there either.
EDIT: No, I’m wrong. I see the download button in the season page now. But there’s no download button for an entire series. Not as much of an issue in my opinion.
Ok guys, I’m from a testing group and understand all this frustration especially all these hidden menus. I had to ask the first time.
2025.15.0 is for the Testing Group only at present and I do reside in Australia.
For Season downloads you must do from a Series level and works on 14 &15, yet it was reported it was hit and miss on 14.
Long press is from any selected Library not home screen. Yes not Intuitive. What comes to my attention File Naming, it extremely documented and discussed yet the forums are full of these issues, why?
Horizontal Library menu has been reported and under consideration. I agree about Dragging
The All Libraries
is for Favourites and quick access to other Plex apps.
Forced Landscape was a request from a group member, i’m not phased as System Landscape will work.
To add it has been noted that a Support Doc is in the works, no ETA given.
The only options I saw for this were to “refresh the guide” which is what I’m doing now. Is that what you were referring to?
DELETE
, but first take a screen shot so it quick to map your Channels, one step I did forget once all this is done you must delete Favourite Channels and re-apply them on your iOS device.
Once again has been reported and it has been listed as a bug. This will at present happen every time there is a update.
What are you referring to about file naming? Not sure what that has to do with what we are talking about here. Maybe I missed something someone else said?
Right, but why are they listed in some random order instead of alphabetical? (I know you’re not one of the devs, but just for the discussion…)
What?? Kick them out immediately!!! /s
Yikes, really? That shouldn’t have been released in such a broken state. That’s a large pain in the ass to have to do every time.
Correct, PITA.
What I meant with File Naming, it was not intuitive as well. So any UI will always create problems. But it something that is easy to remember. Once Bit twice shy
Ah right on. Funny enough, the naming convention always made sense to me.
I just really hope they go back on the forced landscape, and honestly, ditch the “Libraries” part on the home screen. Give us a sliding menu on the left with our favorites listed cleanly in there. It’s more intuitive and then the order of that reflected on the home screen as it always has. That always made sense and was a good choice.
The horizontally sliding icons with a fixed bubble size that waste a bunch of space doesn’t make sense at all. Ruins what could otherwise be a really clean aesthetic. The sliding left side drawer menu is intuitive, works with modern layouts, and makes it a lot easier to organize at a glance.
And I know most people whine about the buttons at the bottom, but honestly, I like that design choice. And I think the pages for each item are nice looking and have some cool transitions when scrolling.
Understand about Quick Library menu, I believe it’s about baby steps for Navigation. I found it helpful with just a single Favourite and quick link to Plexamp and Photos. Ok, it is available from all libraries but if your like me I live from the Home page these days. If asked that 2 or 3 years ago I would have only worked from a Library and Filters or Collections. Then came my shiny New Apple TV and my Lounge room habits changed.
Quick update: Refreshing the guide fixed the listings in the app! I didn’t have to delete and rebuild. Just figured you’d like to know that. Odd that there’s no horizontal scrolling on the guide though… just tiny arrow buttons in the top row next to the times.
But if you swipe away to your desktop, Live TV stops playing. woof.
I just found the “Go” links for Plexamp and Photos in the All Libraries menu. But it’d be nice to be able to have those quick links on the home screen if we wanted to. I’d rather have “Quick Links” where “Libraries” is and be able to have favorite libraries and links to Plexamp/Photos there in any order we want. That’d be much better.
But the left hand sliding menus for all favorites, but local and remote, in the order we want them to appear, always made the most sense and was such a great design above and beyond any other video library app I’ve used, including limited access professional ones.
Cool, my iPad Pro froze up and it was my only solution. Yes I believe there was some improvement in 15.
Are you saying it wont scroll when using the arrow or it won’t react to a swipe. I agree with that is present on 15 also and make sure that is reported. For me I can’t seem to view the guide in Landscape.
It doesn’t react to a swipe. It will tab over with the arrows though. Fine, but sort of odd… maybe swiping is coming later?
And the app doesn’t change to landscape mode for anything anymore it seems. Is it like that on your iPad as well? Because that makes the forced landscape exponentially more goofy. I’m back to wanting to kick out whoever asked for that.
On a IPad Landscape and swipe works, I was on a mobile Phone sorry.
What iPhone model?
I was on Android Samsung 2024 model and does not work either
I will check out from notes the reasons for fixed landscape.
I’m on iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Also… is there any ways to get all the Discover & Live TV stuff off the home screen? I’ll go to the Discover/Live TV tab for that. Don’t like all that clutter on the home screen, I just want my favorites there. (But I do actually like the Discover stuff and how it can open other services, etc… just not on my main home screen)
