I am unable to administer the server or view media from my server when using the admin account.
This is the admin view.
The managed account can view all the media that I have but the admin cannot.

Can you check the following when you are on your admin account?
Go to Settings => Plex Home and do you see something similar to this for your account?
If you do not, then that means you joined somebody else’s home as you can only be in one home (and there can be only one admin) or possibly you made somebody else the admin of your home by accident.

I presume “DC01” is the server you’re having issues with?
From what I see here, it looks like it got signed out / unclaimed
Have you tried to:
If it’s unclaimed, it will want you to sign in & claim it.
If you can’t get it, I have a tool which can help
I removed all devices and then when I went to log in, I finally got the option to reclaim server. But on a different but related topic (for my security); is my server available for everyone to view?
I take that back. It looked like it worked but after claiming I get the same option to claim it. When I click claim server, it asks me to log in even though I’m already logged in and then I’m back to this same screen with the option to Claim Server.
It kicks me out to the login screen. I log in and then I get this.
Manually grab a tar.gz of the “Logs” directory and attach it here please.
It sounds like there’s a configuration error somewhere else.
