My server has disappeared

I apparently did a big no-no. I was trying to figure a subtitle issue i was experiencing on my family account, so I logged my admin account out into the family account on my server, and now I can’t access my server. I have logged out of my account, cleared my entire browser history, uninstalled and reinstalled PMS, but I cannot get my server to reappear. None of my media files are available, Plex is acting like I have never added media and won’t let me add any, and treating my admin account as a user account. PLEASE. HELP.

It sounds like your server has become unclaimed, based on the behavior you described. To reclaim it, you need to follow the process described here (this is done on the server’s Windows desktop):

Sadly, this did not help. I have an error message displayed that says Something went wrong. Make sure the server is available and try again.
