Not able to reed my music when PC is off

Hello,
I am enable to see my music on Plex Web when my Windows 10 PC is off .
I have a western Digital MyCloudEX2Ultra NAS where my music is storaged.

Plex is already installed on the NAS
I have a RED TV Connect Box at home

Can you help me.
I’m not very confortable with all of this

If possible I prefer french answers

Are you sure you’re using Plex from a server installed on that NAS?
If the music cannot be accessed while the PC is off this implies the server is actually installed on that PC (connected to the media from your NAS)…
