Unable to start scan 12:00

I recently reimaged my server and after reinstalling plex I’m unable to start a scan for my wintv card - After selecting the Country (UK) and postcode I am stuck on the screen scan for channels with 12:00 flashing - clicking the scan for channels does nothing. I have updated to the latest drivers for the card and I’m able to scan channels with other software (nextpvr)

I have the same issue but in portugal

I also have the quad tuner, same issue, but after installing the Plex for Windows App I can setup and and perform the scan properly in the app.

I have just upgraded to PlexMediaServer-1.23.1.4602-280ab6053-x86_64_DSM6.spk on my Synology NAS. Just like pgiuliano I also find that “RESCAN” does nothing when deleting and recreating the tuner. My card happens to be a TVButler USB stick - the previous Plex release worked fine.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

The most relevant message in the Plex Tuner Service.log is the line: web_service_t::get_device_status. get_device_info returned error for device dvb#tvbutler

Nothing more to go on at this stage.
