Not all movies are being indexed under the movies folder on my NAS

Server Version#: DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 4

Player Version#: 4.43.4

Nice post. Unfortunately, it did not resolve my issue. I noticed if I perform a query from the box at the top of the page, it shows the movie under movies.

However, nothing shows up under the “all movies” with the movie in its own folder located under movies.

You’ll need to be a bit more specific if you want somebody from the community to jump in and give you some assistance.
I’m not even sure what you mean by “performing a query from the box at the top of the page” or “nothing shows up under the ’ all movies’ with the movie in its own folder located under movies”

Here’s an illustration to go along with the description of my problem…

There’s a number of possible explanations… the most likely being:
Plex by default ignores articles in its sort titles – so A Star Is Born will likely show up under S when looking at your library.

If you cannot find it anywhere – click on the search result! This will open the result in your library… click :pencil2: to see what sort title is applied.

All you’ll get to see in search that’s listed as content from your own libraries is found in your libraries – so it’s certainly there

In theory, you might also be “hiding” dozens of shared libraries from friends in the More section of the sidebar navigation. In that case, you should see the server name of that friend next to the search result (here: DiskStation[blurred]) – in this particular case I guess it’s actually your own server

Also if you have collections enabled they can combine some things.

Easiest thing to do is use an advanced filter rule to search for the title “star is”
