Not all of my Movies showing up

I noticed that one of my movies was missing but yet it is on my hard drive and when I went to scan files it isn’t coming over and I’m not sure why. It’s in the right format and everything. Can someone please tell me why most of my movies come into the server but some of them don’t?

The Movie is the Lethal Weapon 2 that is one not showing in my library.

So… which one is missing?
If you have us guess, my money is on Lethal Weapon 2 which is probably merged with Lethal Weapon 1 based on your file names (not sure if the 3rd movie of the franchise follows the same naming schema).

Try using

Lethal Weapon (1989).m4v
Lethal Weapon 2 (1992).m4v

Plex will generally benefit if you give each movie its own folder (this can e.g. help speeding up library scans once your library gets bigger; it’ll also make things easier if you start adding local media assets/posters or extras to your library); e.g.

Movies
  Lethal Weapon (1989)
    Lethal Weapon (1989).m4v
  Lethal Weapon 2 (1992)
    Lethal Weapon 2 (1992).m4v
