Hello! I Have a Ubuntu Linux server (Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS) which had the plex server, but the server crashed and I had to reinstall it. Now I Installed plex server as the arcticle (https://support.plex.tv/articles/200288586-installation/)said, but now i can’t acces to it.
I tried this(https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/) but the problem is still unsolved.
I still can’t access my server to configure it.
I tried to add the claim token manually to the Preferences.xml file, but not worked, tried to clear browser catch, that won’t worked too. Also i tried to make a new account and then i tried to configure it but the server said “Not Authorized” for that account too. Idk now what to do i tried almost everything i can. I’m in the same network as the linux server, on a windows pc.

Thanks for answer, and sry for any mistakes.

Stop Plex.

As root, in conjunction with getting a Plex Claim token, run this script.

It will use the claim token, handshake with Plex.tv, and install new credentials into your Preferences.xml file for you

After it’s completed, it will report your Plex username & email if successful.

I’ll try it tomorrow

I Forgot to reply back, sorry. Solved, my problem! THANKS A LOT!! <3
