I run a Windows PC with a Plex server on it, which generally serves the connected TV through the Android app (it’s an Android TV).
I sleep the PC when we’re not watching something.
When I wake the PC, I cannot access my Library through the app on the TV.
When I log on to the server side from Windows, it says “not authorised”. The only way to get around this is to right-click and “exit”, wait around 10 seconds, then start it again. Sometimes it takes a few times before I can see my media.
I’ve read through the support topic on being locked out but I’m not sure this is it. The TV uses a different account to the server but forgetting the TV for a moment, it’s when I load the Plex server on the PC that it says “not authorised”.
What’s wrong and how can I stop this from happening?
