Not Authorized, Registry missing PlexOnlineHome

Server Version#: 1.30.2.6563
Player Version#: n/a

Hello, for the past couple years, every time I restart my computer, Plex will lose authorization to the server that is on the same computer. Each time this happens, I have to go to RegEdit to delete the PlexOnline tokens. Why does this happen every single time I restart my computer? The PlexOnlineHome token has never existed, in case that matters. Logs attached.

When you say restart, do you mean turning it on from sleep? If so, this is a known issue. PMS starts up faster then the network card so when it starts it thinks there is no network connection so it can’t verify the security certificate. You should be able to just restart PMS to fix this without needing to edit the registry.

If you actually mean restart as in from a shut down, going to need more details. I don’t see anything in your logs that stand out. I do see some networking error messages.

There is not PlexOnlineHome token. There is PlexOnlineHome, which is just a 0 or 1. And PlexOnlineToken which is a 20-digit alphanumeric code.
