If the data is still there (Use FileStation to verify you still have files and folders in PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server),

  1. Uninstall the package (KEEP option)
  2. Install the package again -
  • Use the “Plex Claim Token” option
  • Click “Get Claim Token”
  • The browser will open – Click COPY
  • Return to the installer window – PASTE the token in the small box.
  1. Continue with the installation
  2. Wait an additional 20 seconds while the installer and Plex.tv negotiate and update credentials. (It will confirm so when installation is complete).

Now open the server
