Seeing the exact same issue as Not authorized /Unable to claim server - #23 by Xcorp; as soon as I hit the “Claim” button all of the server settings disappear and I get the “Not authorized” message. This is a remote server which I’m accessing localhost via SSH tunnel, I’ve tried stopping PMS, removing cert-v2.p12, and starting again but no change. Only if I edit Preferences.xml from https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ do the server settings come back, but the server then says it needs claimed again, which re-triggers the error message. This is just a bare server listening on port 32400 with no TLS configured; once this is resolved I will be moving it behind my reverse proxy which has a LetsEncrypt certificate. Does my certificate need reset on your end or something?
