Hey all!

I was doing some networking stuff and changed my VLAN for my NAS and it caused my media server to stop working. I tried a fresh install of the media server on my Terramaster and it will install but when I go to open it it now will give me a “Not Authorized” error. In my account I do not see a server linked to it and when I try to go under the “Your Media” tab on the sidebar it will tell me to install the media server set up. I have been working on this for days, speaking with some friends that have their own media servers and have no luck fixing it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least a dozen times now in my NAS, and manually deleted all the files just in case uninstalling the app did not delete everything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have also tried logging out and logging back in on the web version as well as logging out and opening the app in the NAS to log in again and tried in an incognito tab and cleared cookies.

What does http://<IP_OF_PMS>:32400/identity show? if needed have you tried GitHub - ChuckPa/UserCredentialReset: User Credential Reset utility for Plex

That link shows this. MediaContainer size=“0” claimed=“0” machineIdentifier=“7853534efc133cee374931b813797b7ea23c60ec” version=“1.40.5.8921-836b34c27”> </MediaContainer

I have not tried that 2nd option there but when i get back home i will check it.

Alright, so I found the issue but it does not make sense to me, I changed my VLAN back to my main network and now it let me add my media server back. Thanks for your assistance.
