Not available outside your network - previously functioning with manual port forwarding

Not sure where to begin troubleshooting as the troubleshooting guide doesn’t exactly start from a point where you were port forwarded manually and then it breaks - not sure what to try

How I did it: I set the port manually as your image shows. I assured the firewalls allowed that port (McAfee SW Firewall, Windows SW Firewall, and my router’s port forwarding was allowing the port). The port on the router was the same for my LAN and external access. Once they all were set correctly I rebooted my router and PC. After everything came up remote was working. Occasionally when looking at settings remote access will show red for a moment but quickly turns green in the browser, but this has never interrupted a remote session with my family.

I’m just not sure what to try from here - again it used to work but suddenly stopped and I haven’t changed anything

not saying you changed anything. An automatic update for windows, antivirus, router or moden could have disabled you. You just have to check all the settings to assure they agree.
