Not Available Outside Your Network

I ended up resetting everything on the modem and hooked my Linksys router back up and put the at&t modem into passthrough mode/bridge mode.

Its working again no idea what happened but its all good now.

Is there a way other than this forum to get help as a plex pass customer?

I am an AT&T customer as well, and have the same modem. I started experiencing the same issue a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a solution.

I tried creating a new port forwarding service and configured Plex to use a different external port, and it appeared to work initially, but I started receiving the “Not available outside your network” error again after some time. It feels as if AT&T is intentionally blocking the connection, but I haven’t received any notice or explanation.

Ahh I have had the same issue here. Tried on several different ports and everything. I wonder if AT&T is blocking plex somehow? Is that even legal or do they have this ability?
