If you haven’t already figured it out… Firewall rules on the bgw210 allowing 32400 to your server (there are instructions everywhere for this) and disable ipv6 on the bgw210. I was able to verify my firewall rules were working and couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get Plex to work remotely for about two days before trying it with ipv6 disabled. Everything started working instantly when I did that.
Here is a more recent fix for BGW210 remote access issues if you still can’t get it working… AT&T started rolling out a garbage firmware update across the country at the beginning of August that broke port forwarding, and naturally the only fix is to manually downgrade it yourself:
