Hello, I recently ran into an issue where my Plex server was unable to transcode FLAC audio with a remote bitrate limit of 8Mbps (1080p) (also did not work with Original bitrate setting). It told me it could not convert below 103kbps minimum bandwidth (which I do not have set/limited anywhere?).

I was able to get around this issue by using a different video file. Here is a link to the codecs of the working and non-working video files.

I’m not sure if this is my fault or a PMS bug.

Is there anything I can do to further diagnose this issue? The server this is running on has plenty of resources. No storage or memory issues (to my knowledge at least).

It looks like replacing with a different file does not work. It works for a little while, and then stops working. Maybe this is after thumbnails are generated?
