Not Enough Disk space / Multiple playback issues

Hi from a Noob.

I say noob, but I have had the plex server running for a while. So I currently run PMS on a raspberry PI, Use a NAS HDD for storing vids and watch Plex through my roku. It has all been working great and the kids can watch their films. That was up until today when I upgraded everything to the latest PMS. Now when I try to watch some of the films it either states Not enough Disk space to convert this item or I get Playback has encountered multiple playback errors.

I have looked at various sites, but can’t find the answer. I even put my NAS address in the Transcode Temporary Directory.

I am stuck and with the lockdown at the moment I need to urgently get this running otherwise the kids will be tearing me to pieces!!

If I need to pull logs can someone please tell me. It would be greatly appreciated!!

Well… it’s not really possible to help if you don’t post the actual error messages and what’s your actual disk space available on the Pi

I think the “not enough disk space” message is pretty clear? Have you enabled thumbnails conversion? Your SD card is probably full

So I have checked and my PI is using a 16gb ssd. Currently only 5gb is being used. I apologise if I am not helping much, but when it comes to this I am not 100% sure!!!
