Hi,
I have an issue on my samsung smart tv when i play some media i got this error : “Not enough disk space to convert this item”
But on my server i have 4Tb left available.
What’s more the media in error works on mobile/desktop and web app.

In Settings → Transcoder, what is configured for Transcoder temporary directory?
Please provide a set of DEBUG level server log files that capture the problem.
Settings → Troubleshooting → Download Logs

My transcoder temporary directory is : /tmp
I can’t send you all the log, because i can see inside some personal data.
In “Plex Media Server.log” file i find this line about the error :
Aug 24, 2023 21:47:11.527 [140309267921720] WARN - [Req#7d08/Transcode/rtymgqztpfoxcxxgm94cgj6l/4ac63e6a-7804-4ce3-9a56-20a498c5d193] Low disk space: 492.84MB source file, 876.64MB capacity, 566.38MB available on “/tmp/Transcode/Sessions/plex-transcode-rtymgqztpfoxcxxgm94cgj6l-4ac63e6a-7804-4ce3-9a56-20a498c5d193”
Delete it. Leave it blank. Then restart PMS.
EDIT: When set to /tmp, PMS uses the /tmp partition in the filesystem. When left blank, it uses a location in the Plex Data Folder, which is part of the 4 TB free space.
