When my server has completed a library scan, initiated manually or by schedule, the clients become unusable, whatever is playing craps out and browsing the library is wickedly slow and going into a show or movie doesn’t show anything and sometimes displays an error. This lasts for a couple minutes before functionality is restored.
I believe #13820 was supposed to fix the issue but it has not and if anything it seems to be worse now.
