A couple of weeks ago, two of the libraries hosted on my server became inaccessible via web browser on windows. However, Plex can still find and play media with the search function in the browser. Media and libraries are also fully accessible on other devices (Roku TV, Apple devices) and PlexAmp.
It didn’t happen for all libraries, just select ones. All media is stored in the same directory on the same server, and nothing has changed about the organization.
I can create new libraries in Plex with the same directory, but I’d rather not do this. The message I get says, “Not Found. We’re having trouble finding this page. It might have been deleted”
Any ideas?
Thanks,

+1 Here. It’s library I don’t use often, misc videos, so combined with also not using the web player often, I don’t know how long this has been happening.
I hadn’t thought to try to search for the individual videos, that works. Thanks for that idea. Sucks because I wanted to shuffle the library, but at least now I know that I am not alone in this and that media is still linked properly
Same here, for my main movie library. I can still play through the search and recently added tabs, but when I hit the pinned movie library, it says that it cannot find the page through the web interface. No support articles that apply, and no way to contact customer service.
Same. Things I’ve noticed are that the libraries not found were all on a different hard drive from the working ones. Also, I can access everything normally by connecting to local ip:port in the web browser instead of app.plex.tv.
Same issue. I lost 3 of my libraries. The data is still there. THe web app says it can’t find the page and it might have been deleted. IT hasn’t been. Why are people getting this message?
I had the same issue, and after some Googling over the past few weeks I just managed to find a solution on reddit that worked for me. It was posted by a Plex employee. Hopefully this resolves it for others with the same problem.
