I can access the Library from Plex app on the nvidia shield, Windows desktop App, and android mobile app. I only get this error on the plex web app 4.56.3. I have a computer that I left the plex web app open before I updated my media server so it is still plex web app 4.55.0. With Plex web app 4.55.0 I see the library in question with no issues.
I’m having this same issue as well. Windows 10 ran an update a few nights ago and now I’m noticing this issue. Like others say, content is accessible through home screen and works on Apple TV and Roku streaming devices without an issue.
Can you go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/debug and hit the Reset Defaults button at the bottom. It will reset your pinned items and web app settings but it should get you out of that state. The Desktop app should have the same in its debug settings
So you are getting the same error as screenshot others provided above or some other error? Did you recent delete any libraries or disable any online sources? What happens if you reset customizations?
Same here. Running PMS 1.22.3.4392 on Windows 10. All my libraries show on home screen except one. I tried resetting customizations and it still doesn’t show any content; but does in the browser or on a mobile device just fine- just not from PMS, and ONLY that one library.
Had same Issue here, resetting custom settings managed it though - and have to go through the pain again re-restoring the settings manually
However, search still found entries in this Library and playing did not appear to be any kind of problem - however, browsing isn’t fun without it.
EDIT: This fixed it for web-app only, the Plex “Player” App (Windows) still greets me with this error. (Yes, restarted App and “even” logged on from a fresh PC that hadn’t encounter that issue yet)
