Not getting emails to reset password

Like others before me, I had to create a new account to ask for help. I have been a subscriber for many years and yesterday I logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, I could not. The password I had saved would not work. I tried to reset my password many times since then. In each occasion I never received the email allowing me to change my password. I know the email address is valid and spelled correctly because I tried to sign in through Facebook, When I did that I got a message back acknowledging the email was recognized by Plex, but they still wanted a password because this was the first time I had used Facebook to access the account.

So, I’m stuck. How do I resolve this?

No email was send because you (or possibly automation in email app) marked our emails as spam at some point so it stops sending them. I’ve removed your email from the spam list so you can try again
