Like others before me, I had to create a new account to ask for help. I have been a subscriber for many years and yesterday I logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, I could not. The password I had saved would not work. I tried to reset my password many times since then. In each occasion I never received the email allowing me to change my password. I know the email address is valid and spelled correctly because I tried to sign in through Facebook, When I did that I got a message back acknowledging the email was recognized by Plex, but they still wanted a password because this was the first time I had used Facebook to access the account.
So, I’m stuck. How do I resolve this?
