I’ve been trying to get access to my main Plex account for a few weeks. The password reset is not functioning. I’ve triple checked the email address is indeed correct, the email isn’t coming to the inbox, junk or spam folders. The email is a Hotmail, not sure if that’s possibly causing the problem.
Email server shows that you or your email provider marked emails as spam so the server stops trying to send anything. I removed the email from the don’t send spam list so you can try again, but you may have to whitelist noreply@plex.tv if it is the email program auto marking it as spam.
The account this post is registered under isn’t my actually account. I just created this account as I wasn’t able to post as my original account I can’t get reset.
