The naming structure below works for me, running PMS on a Synology DS918+.
As @Coxeroni mentions, you must use Plex’s naming and organization requirements. Library is type TV Show; use a season folder; spaces and dashes matter; eliminate the non-essential information from the file name, as it impairs Plex’s ability to correctly match media.
/TV Shows/What's My Name Muhammad Ali/Season 01/What's My Name Muhammad Ali - s01e01.mkv
/TV Shows/Wu-Tang Clan Of Mics and Men (2019)/Season 01/Wu-Tang Clan Of Mics and Men (2019)- s01e01.mkv
