OTA/DVR - guide channel not available

In the “Manage Channels” . I see a Device Channel is available but the respective guide channel is not available.
The problem is only with Plex. HDHomerun app provides all the detected channels.

Any idea how to fix it?

Apparently, this has something to do with the time change and only Android devices… a bit disappointing… can’t watch live tv

I’m having the same problem. It only seems to be on Android based devices. Does not work on Firestick or my Samsung phone but it does work on MAC, Roku and Apple phones.

I think the problem I see if different. It’s at the server side on MacOS. A few device channels are not available in the guide channel tab to choose the band.

This means that the guide data you’ve selected doesn’t have information for that channel. If the channel is from a neighboring market which you are able to receive that might explain why.

The best thing you can probably do would be to report the missing guide data using the information from this thread (you can find your guide/lineup name at the top of you Live TV & DVR settings in Plex):

And, potentially follow that up with a quick post over in this thread noting what’s missing and that you’ve completed the form:

Also, a new EPG provider is going to be used in the (hopefully) not-too-distant future. So, this problem may self-correct.
