Not sure why this has started to happen, but recently Plex on Apple TV won’t load any of my content, it just has the buffer/loading spinner icon and eventually says “transient-server-…” followed my lots of numbers and then a message telling me to check the server is running and has a network connection.
I have done this and it is connected. it loads on the web browser fine, it loads on my iPhone app fine. But for me and other users outside of my house the same thing happens and the same message appears.
I’ve recently updated the server to the latest version and the Apple TV app is the most up to date too.
Any ideas?
We have recently had our broadband router split into 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks, not sure if this is an issue.
